Day 24: What are some of your main triggers? Why?
I’m triggered when I’m ignored or given the cold shoulder. It’s not immediately. I think about if I did something wrong to the person. I’m triggered when I’m not allowed to express or when I cannot express myself. I direct my anger to myself. I’m triggered when I have too much in my to do list and people are pressuring me to do everything at top quality.
Basically, I’m triggered because I can’t take it anymore. I keep everything inside and when it’s too much I take it out on myself.
